Architects Of The Future

Architects Of The Future

The crime is in your own personal betrayal
It will never come gift wrapped by loving precise fingers
Exhale your fear, inhale some courage
It's in the unseen, as well as the obvious.

Never require an audience as your god
Be a knight of the lie slayers, protectors of truth
Don't become a punchline to a joke
Show that eternal optimists have a right to a place at the table.

Years will disappear off the end of the horizon,
The sheer drop to the history pile
Find the future you deserve
It's in the risk, It's in the chance
Kiss the gorgeous, Beautify the ugly.

Hope is always the last to leave the room
Find a muse, Find the performance of a lifetime
All the luck in the world, is floating as clouds above your head
You just need to stretch
Top of the mountain where you plant your flag of achievement.

Find the frequency to your own personal heartbeat
That makes it all come a stirring to life.

In the fields of prosperity
Where fertile soil brings a multitude of rewards
Where a little hope is harvested from this dirt
The same dirt that we buried the demi-gods and frauds in their pit of superstition.

A flash of change, grabbing a little hope from the jaws of defeat
Let your tired eyes become soothed to the aura of potential
Your only broken when you decide your broken
From awake to sleep shape your brave new world.

The finishing line is waiting
The fairy tale is rewriting the fiction to fact
We are the architects of the futures.

World Of Villains Hive minded satellites, float above the seas of thought Impartial observers take bets on how long apathy can yawn In limbo as gigantic hands keep on spinning the globe Keep on confusing the sanity of certainty The soul of the nations is poisoned Some swear it came through the clouds Some claim it was dormant until hatched inside us We live in a world of villains It doesn’t make sense, because it isn’t meant too So we wait to be saved, it’s always been this way The merging of normality and super enhanced capability Because in a parallel world, a world where we are All Stan Lee’s creations V TOPP

The Lonely Man

The Lonely Man The sweetest taste, is bitter now My purest thoughts are poisoned through The ghost of fate, keeps mocking me From every scar I've earned, in every drink I've drowned I've felt the joy of the thing called sin I've stole and bought but never received I've had my fill, my spilling cup But now I'm empty, a shell of fear and doubt. Stand not so tall now, my voice breaks up I never believed the pace would slow Now I feel the cold and I count the suns The man who wears the guilty coat should realise, That life will have the last laugh You won't outrun your lies. And now I feel what silence means, In all its taunting Looking to the heaven I don't believe is there for me anymore I always was the bad tooth in a smile But who I was isn't who I've become. Every morning I stand in front of an unforgiving mirror Life has the last laugh, Life has the last laugh. V Topp https://www.amazon.co...

To Be Continued

To Be Continued   So I wait for the calm to rise As I sink into my author's throne My eyes welded shut My breathing clicking to attention at silences glare. Outside noises become little gremlins That fade away like the dying breath of an echo My aura escapes me like the Northern Lights Flickering through spectrums in all the colours of my mind. This is the crossover, the moment I am at my most beautiful and vulnerable I have to give myself up to let my slate be wiped clean When I see the corridor I know I am entering the world of fiction But nothing feels so much truer than this to me. In the white room Empty apart from A white sheet of mental papyrus and my author's sword I stay here and take the flashbacks and flash forwards I write but never see the words just feel them The end I never write, Just to be continued.
